You might try going out to the coop and putting them on the roosts by hand.

I've been working on integrating my new pullets and cockerel with the existing flock. Even though they all happily co-exist during the day, at night the pullets and cockerel have been sleeping in the nest boxes. Probably because it is near the place their brooder had been. I've been going out to the coop after dark and placing the youngsters on the roosts every night. It's been a week or two, and each night there are fewer sleeping on the floor. Last night only two of nine were in the nest boxes so they're learning. This process might have been faster, but I two nights a week so I'm not home to move them every evening. I'm hoping they are all roosting by the time I go back to work Friday night.
