New Chicks..B/B/S Orps

Well..I'm officially "The Crazy Chick Lady" I went to pick up a few B/B/S/ Orp chicks...I couldn't pick which ones I wanted, so I took them ALL. So my small flock of what I had hoped would be around 6 chickens, has morphed into 26!! Also have 11 eggs in the 'bator. I haven't even finished the coop yet..

Welcome to the club! I think it is unreasonable to expect anyone to pick only 6 chicks when there are 26 available! That's just crazy!

lol, I was the same way. Started with 12, now have 31. It happens.

sounds like me. I went from 2 hens to now I have 34 chickens of different ages here!!

Not all of them will be staying but right now I have lots of mouths to feed!!!
