II didn't have much time to try to get some pics of the chicks. We are building a new barn. I'll have a new coop attached to the back of it for everyone. Will try again tomorrow to get some more pics. They are so fascinating to watch. Sometimes I think I've got a good shot then they move or zoom off.
Here are more pics of the chickies. Click on any image to enlarge it.

I have aquestion about the hubbard isa browns, I think I've got that. initially when we got the chicks I thought they were RI reds but my neighbor has some and mine look much different. I have two light creamy yellow with browns spots on wings, and the other four hens are a light rusty brown and smaller than my neighbor's RI's. The rooster is white with black speckles all over. I've noticed they are very smart and like to be around us (to an extent). Do these sound like Hubbard's? They are almost 12 weeks and haven't laid eggs yet, is that normal too?

Thanks. My hubby bought them for me and forgot to ask what breed they are. The rooster has not crowed yet, just chirps is that normal. And I am totally sure its a rooster, I do know that for sure. He's is protective of the girls, just pretty quiet, they all are, is this typical of this breed? Thanks for the help, such a friendly helpful forum, I love BYC!!!
