She is an Araucana...at least that is what I purchased her as. She has not been laying yet but she is supposed to lay the "easter eggs".
I got this picture off of the web... I have 5 of this breed and they all have these tufts of feathers on thier faces. The others are mostly black...she was the odd one in that she is mostly white. If yours looks like this it is most likely and EE.
Beautiful job. It really show that a lot of thought and craftsmanship went in to it. If I could be so bold as to offer two suggestion. 1- you mentioned that they laid in the droppings tray. If you lay a piece of 2x3 wire over the top it will prevent that. 2- I think your birds could roost much easier if the roosts were turned so that the widest width is what they stand on.
You have done a great job and it's a coop that anyone would be proud to have.
Great Coop! I love looking at everyone's designs, I'm stealing ideas for the redesign of my shed to a coop in the spring. I especially like the vinyl going up the walls for easy clean-up. Way to go.
