Thank you. Still have a lot to do before it is done. Just posting progress pics to try to keep myself motivated.

Not much visible progress but got the door installed. I made it swing in since the snow load will probably dump off roof right in front of the door. I did some modifications inside the coop that i need to finish. Got allot to do before deer hunting opens up this coming weekend.

Does the door bump on the ramp? The photo makes me think it might.

Personally, I always prefer doors that swing out for chicken pens, because that way I can clear anything that blocks it. If something ever blocked it inside, I wouldn't be able to get in to clear it. But given what you say about the snow, I can see why you made this decision for this door.

No it does not. I had to cut off about a foot off the ramp.

Finally got my apron installed completely. Also finished the insides. Except for wrapping the run in plastic in the next few weeks i am done for now.

The apron is held down by 200 landscape staples. And stapled to the wood around the perimeter. The 2×4 welded wire folded out about a foot and is also stapled down. Once the ground freezes is should be secure for the most part.

I also have some "night eyes" enroute to augment my red light, alarm and motion lights.

Probably going to move the feeder and water outside after i wrap the run in plastic.
