Now all the will be left is the install of the roosts and ramps and the bars for the front of the nest boxs

Why these individual doors? Maybe I should read back.
Would like to see it
I had him make the 4 sides and top. I will add the bottom, doors and mesh.
30" x 72" x 36" tall, 5/4 stock. Made it taller more for my access than chick space.
I like side access and 30" is about all I can reach comfortably.
Couple dozen screws and the whole thing breaks down to store flat.
Here's it is after making and fitting the doors, have about half the mesh installed but no more pics yet.

I got it at $3 a lb buying 25-50 lb bags. I got 50lbs
I am splitting the bag with a friend...

All thats left is make the 3gal water bucket and get 2 of the big feeders, plant my chicken plot and hopefully not have any fires again......

The multi doors was for easy cleaning all the doors can be opened and it opens that whole side

The reason for it bieng closed in is so when it gets colder and windy i am making panels to fit the screen area of the doors that will close it off to keep them warmer... it does not get below freezing here but it does get cold for a couple weeks

Ah. Given the very open style i didn't figure low temps were an issue. Having the ability to insert panels makes sense.

I imagine the individual doors are easier to manage than one long one. Did you give any thought to using by-pass doors? I can just imagine cracking my head on those doors in their raised position. By pass doors wouldn't encroach upon the aisle space. Eliminating things to hit my head on is a high priority for clumsy me.

Looks beautiful. Love the color. Your birds should appreciate their deluxe accommodations.
