Great coop! Could you tell us how you taught the chickens to rake the sand in the run so nicely? I'm sure it's easier than getting a teenager to clean their room,, heck, anything is easier than that!

First off thank you very much for all of the very nice comments, very much appreciate them all. Here are a few updates



Added some porch railings, wife thought they were cute, she's right... again.




Added a porch light with motion detection, oh and the porch ceiling too



All the wiring is in and the motorized pop door is a great addition. Used a cutting board for the pop door, yep another great idea from the wife

I love the sand.  What kind did you use?

I used playground sand, love how easy it is to clean up. Use a kittle litter scoop and shake the excess sand out. Our run is much cleaner with the sand. Keeps the flys down too.
