DIY Numpty or not, even money says you can do it. The only thing you missed was the nest box and if you got that far you can wing it. Trimming it out is going to be a little different every time.

I sold a similar sized tractor earlier this year for 150.00 and a bunch of hams, but it wasn't nearly as nice. Also sold one a lot like this last summer with no exterior nest boxes for 200.00. Both of those were paint grade trim and cheaper roofing.
