New day old chicks - one may be sick? RESOLVED

This chick seems sleepy unlike all the others. I gave her a drop of Nutridrench and there is ACV in their water. I checked for pasty butt and she is clean.

Yes but she's been like that since I picked them up - about 2 hours ago.
