Got this one from a co-worker who called it "Crack Dip" because it's so good it's addictive:

8oz cream cheese - softened
1 small can chicken white meat
1/4 cup Franks' Hot Sauce (this is a relatively mild hot sauce)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Mix everything together in a microwave-safe bowl, then heat through and serve with crackers
