New duck advice

I have a question about summer. I live in SE Texas and July & August can be quite brutal. It's also known to run 100 days straight with temps near or in the hundreds during particularly bad summers. Will the Cayugas need any special provisions other than water to cool off in? Their main pen will be under a tree in the shade.
