New duck pen

I have picked up some hardware cloth will be putting it on today. Have not had any problems so far. I plan to fence in a 12 ft by 8 ft area in front of the pen and take off door and build ramp for ducks to go in and out of pen. And about the watering situation when they get old enough to get in pond by therselves would that be enough for them to clean out their sinus.

Yes it will but they will poop in the pool so i would give them a bucket or some kind of container deep enough for cleaning and drinking.
