New duckling bloated and on its back

This ducking needed an assist as it was shrink wrapped, it hatched okay but had a hernia, and now it cannot flip over its bloated. I’m wondering if I can do anything to help it, I’ll attach some photos, second time hatching, first time with any problems

I would just leave it in the incubator up to another 24 hours, a little longer even if it's still not ready to join the world. It'll finish absorbing its yolk and should be okay. Don't worry about its position as it needs its rest.
