New ducklings and a few eggs, please help, a bit worried

We have a couple of ducklings that recently hatched (they are Indian runners x welsh harlequin that hatched 2 days ago) and were wondering if there was an accurate way to tel there gender, also we have two other eggs, one that was due to hatch yesterday and hasn’t showed any signs of quitting or hatching and another that is due to hatch tomorrow and when we candled it last it had punctured the air sack about 16-20 hours ago but hasn’t piped yet, should I be worried about either egg?
Please help.

An accurate way to sex ducklings is to vent sex them. But to vent sex birds you need practise as it can hurt the bird.
Someone else will probably go over it in more depth.

As for the eggs I’m not sure.

Duckling take their sweet time in hatching and I believe can be internally pipped for 24 hrs before there is a problem but let’s see if some of our experienced Hatcher are on @WVduckchick @Pyxis

Yes a duckling can take around 24 hours from internally pipping into the air cell before it may break the shell, but it kinda depends on the size of the air cell. Larger air cells, they can last a little longer before cause for alarm.

Thanks, the egg that had internally pipped externally pipped late last night as for the other egg it is still not showing any signs of internally or externally pipping.
As for sexing the ducklings any advice would be appreciated but we do have a friend that lives about an hour away that we can go to as a final resort

Unless you wait for the voices or the curled drake feather vent sexing is all you got.
