New ducklings

So a question. I have 3 adult ducks, 1 female and two drakes. I lost the other female to an Owl. I now have 8 ducklings that are about 3-4 weeks old (almost fully down now). I notice that my female duck is missing a lot of her feathers on the back of her neck (from constant mating habits of her mate??) Is this a sign that this particular drake may be a problematic one? Would this pose a threat when I try to introduce the ducklings when they are bigger? Should I separate the drakes from the female and try introducing the ducklings only to her?

One too many drakes mating a female. I'd separate the female give her a break. If you introduce the ducklings to her you'll have to di it slowly for one thing 3-4 weeks old ducklings aren't almost grown and can be injured by an adult duck so introduce through fencing so they can meet but not touch. And before introiducting to your drakes they need to be breeding age if you have any females or the drakes can injure them. This whole process is going to take a bit of time.

Drakes are rough on females if one particular drake is being over the top then maybe it's time to rehome.
