Here are our new babies! I was told that they're Ameraucana's, but I'm wondering if they're EE's. I'm still not completely understanding the difference. Anyways, aren't they cute? [IMG] They told us that they were born Wednesday....

OH so so cute! Gotta love em, I got 5 and only one turned out to be the light color all the rest are darker than her. There all pretty though but I think I got a soft spot for the little lighter colored ones, My light girls name is Zelda.
Good luck with them little cuties! Sandy

I have a question since they are so young. How long do we need to keep a warming lamp on them? Our Banties were a few weeks old already when we got them, so we never used a lamp. This is new for us.

Also, do we keep the lamp on all day? The chicks are in our house, which is kept around 73 degrees. I just need to know if the lamp should stay on 24/7 and when we will decrease that time.
