New egg layersn

All 6 of my hens are brand new to laying! Only one is laying so far, but she won’t lay her egg in the nesting boxes! What can I do? I already have a fake egg in each nest!

Photos of nest boxes would help, in case there's improvements that can be made to them.

Have you seen any evidence of the chickens checking out the boxes or signs they've been in and out of them?

I could tell they must have been checking them out, lots of scratching in front of them and bumped the ramp up to one of them. Also I have removed the curtains I had put on them in case that was a problem. And now I’m sure another hen is laying and she is laying in the same place the first one is
