I couldn't find any show-worthy birds to enter. Why are so many of my birds are molting right now!?

So I will have to see how I am feeling Sunday morning. Now I don't trust myself to not buy more birds since I won't have a sales pen to tend to!

Thats my FAVORITE show. Beautiful place and the volume of birds is awesome!

We are thrilled to have you! Lexi and I just washed 4 of the 5 silkies we are bringing. The last one is getting done tomorrow. They look nice...although Lexi's are nicer than mine! Somehow I don't see how that is fair.

So glad you are coming!!! I will be with Pam B. and her daughter Lexi. They were great enough to let me come stay with them and hitch a ride. Otherwise my husband wouldn't let me go

I'll be bathing and blowdrying my two silkies tomorrow afternoon. Then heading to Pam's Sat night after locking down all the coops. I can't wait to get away even if it's only for 24 hours

I hear ya, we have been moving them into the barn for the winter and there are just too many to grow out so she has got to cull hard and let some go the barn is only so big and it is about 16'x30' and will still end up with a few covered outside pens

Wow your good four in one night!?! I thought doing my two was a chore

Tomorrow I will be cleaning and catching up on laundry so its good I was able to get them done. It was so hard choosing between the two nice partridge pullets! That was half the battle himmin an hauin on which one to bring and bathe

Yea, four was a lot. It took a looong time. They look cute though. I have to clean tomorrow too, finish the last bath, wash the cages, and pack for the show....I'll be busy!!

If you need help when I get there with cages and coops I can help ya

I was going through my overnight bag and my service dog Luger is crying. He's caught on when the bag comes out mommy is going somewhere without him

I feel bad not bringing him to shows bc he goes everywhere with me but I know he's not well behaved enough yet at 15 months old to contain himself from wanting to grab birds!!

Can't wait we will be loading in the AM and going through sale birds to bring, the silkies were done tonight, the moderns are easy beaks and nails and put them into their show boxes. Want to try to be on the road by 11 or so it's a little over 4 hours.
