New Englanders! Much ado about New England!

Ok, Stupid question time. Does anyone have a list of NPIP testers in your area?
I've been searching, called the poultry club, and Jo's list is 2 years old and due to the state not recalling the "kits" from "testers" that do not test, no one else can become certified (something like that) but what I'd like to know, how does your state handle NPIP testing and their kits?

No I do not want to become a tester, lol! What I'm looking for is a speaker/tester that can come give a talk to a group of folks, perhaps do some testing at a near future point in time.

The argument arose about cats and dogs. I do own a horse and I am selling him, but that was not the issue. Neither of us in the argument is actually trying to place a domestic pet (although I wouldn't mind finding a home for one of my cats).

Regardless, NHSled sent me an e-mail, apparently he spoke to the state vet recently and the legal limit is 6 litters or 50 puppies in a year. Case solved.

Firedove I dont see anywhere on that page you have to be licensed? It just say you need a health certificate for your dogs no matter if your selling them, giving them away etc.

Edit: ok I found it at the top...its early!
