new feathers are weird

One of my flock regrew curly feathers after her molt. It is pretty strange. Could this be a problem? She seems fine otherwise.

She may have a frizzle gene in her parentage.
I have black penedesencas and all the hens were perfectly black. After molt one of them has a bunch of white tipped feathers.

Any chance some sort of parasite could cause this?
