I love it just as it is! I've missed the pic of the week at the top! I don't think it is distracting in the least. I just get a good look at the new bird and continue scrolling down anyway. What does CC think? She's the forum Mistress.

Looks great. Does not slow down page load for me either. (on dial up). I don't mind it on every page either. What ever everyone else wants is just fine with me.

Hi! It doesn't slow the page here, either. It's just that much further I have to scroll down the page to get to the 'meat'.
And that yellow creature with the red shoes and glasses doesn't look much like a chicken, lol.
