Hi Folks
I'm really glad to have found y'all Hubby and I have been talking chickens for a while and I found out that with the zoning here, we can have 6 hens (no roos After doing research on the site, I've tentatively decided that we'd like to go for Gold Sex Links.
We've researched and found the sort of coop we want and hubby and brother will get started on that within the week. So, now, I'm finding out all I can about the care and feeding of the pretty li'l critters. We're primarily wanting good layers...and are sick of pale sickly looking commercial eggs.
I would welcome any and all advice, comments or suggestions from you experienced folk!
