Hello fellow chickeners

! I am new to the forum and new to chicken breeding. We just took the plunge and bought several black and blue copper marans ( they will be our breeders) and a few more aracaunas, wyandottes,and salmon favorelles. We are so excited about the prospect and are looking for a good incubator. I've heard that the marans do not do well in a wet type incubator. Does anyone know anything about that? I have so many questions but one subject at a time. Thanks in advance for the shared knowledge and experience.

You might have more luck with your incubator question if you post it under the Incubating section. I don't incubate so can't help you, but you'll probably get lots more help from those that do
