New girl stopped laying?

I inherited some sort of game bantam about a month ago. I kept her in the coop for about a week until she got used to things, and then she started laying! She layed about ten perfect little eggs in a row and then stopped completely. NOthing has changed as far as food goes so why did she stop?
My other girls are just now 18 wks and have not started laying yet.
