Ohhh makes sense. My husband and I have joked about getting a boat in case we ever flood we can sail away, but thankfully we live on a hill and we don’t get flooded to that extreme. We only got that idea when family from LA got their entire house flooded for days after a storm/hurricane a few years back.

Well that’s nice it had a dual purpose. Your hubby got the boat he wanted and you guys had a safe place to stay while your roof got fixed.
