I got rid of my old rooster for being aggressive. I picked up this little guy yesterday and he is supposed to be maybe 4 months old. Is he actually a she?

He/she doesn't look very developed for 4 months. Generally, they're almost fully grown at that age. I'd say it looks 2-3 months. Or maybe it wasn't fed quality feed.
But it would help to see some more pictures, hopefully one with an object to put its size into perspective, and closer/clear pictures of the comb and saddle area. :)

It's bigger than my 7 week old girls

If it’s four months old it should have more development of its comb. Redder and bigger. But its legs look like a rooster. Here’s my guy at 3 months old. 904C7C1A-0BE1-4A7A-9FE8-E7C4BF81387A.jpeg

That's what I thought. That it was way younger than what it appeared to be. I'll have to keep an eye on him. I'll need another rooster if he turns out to be a girl.

Rock is cute though
