Do you already have chickens?

We HAD chickens... it was a pretty good coop with no roof... things worked well for a while and we loved having them. Feeding, getting eggs, free-range etc.. However, over time we noticed that chickens were disappearing... No feathers, no signs of struggle.. just gone...over a period of a couple of weeks we lost all 6 - Figuring something from the air. I am rebuilding the coop (with a roof) and we will begin again...
