Yes, thank you, they are very happy in there! They like it so much better than the guinea pig cage i had them in! So much more room, and they like the various levels---floor, eating platform, and roost.

So is anybody else as crazy as I am and hatching eggs this time of year??? I had 6 serama babies hatch out in the last week and a half and I could not resist an auction on ebay for 70 button quail eggs of all assorted colors and mutations! (in color i hope, not breed standard! )LOL...I also decided today to bring in the small portable chicken tractors into my studio and keep the 6 seramas and 3 modern games I had in a small coop outside indoors. Good thing too because a couple of the seramas combs were tipped in frostbite! I will prepare better next year by either having lots more chickens in there for body heat or some other heat source. I just know I will sleep better knowing they are not turning into chicken nuggets overnight.!! Of course I will not be sleeping late into the morning with a total of 6 roosters in the studio! They are in the other batch that I picked up too late in the season to acclimate outdoors! Oy Vey!!! I need a shrink!

Well, I am not crazy

enough to be hatching this time of year but I do think it may be VERY hard to wait once I unwrap that incubator I think will be under my tree! I am already sooo excited to start! There is such good info here and I think you other NH folks will be a great help!
