Just a question since im sure someone here might know. I just got my NPIP testing done and just today got my paperwork in the mail everyone tested neg for everything. I got papers along with a card that says this certificate is to certify that I am clean and have passed testing. Is this my official certification card or do I need to do more. Where do I find my specific npip num? there is no num on the card but I found some number on my paperwork, is that my number? Im just a little confused.

I think my number was on my card..... ok... online... there is a listing of people that participate in the NPIP program in each state... Your name should appear there and I think your number is there too

You have to fill out a form and register with NPIP to get a number. Your number would be 12-xxx, because the 12 is for the state of NH and the number is three digits. For instance, mine is 12-222. If you haven't filled out the paperwork, just email Cindy at the state. She helped me to do mine over email, she sent me a word document that I could then edit and email back to her, easy peasy. Cindy can also send you a booklet of VS9 forms if you ever intend to sell out of state.

Thank you! I thought I recalled someone on here saying there was more to fill out and send in to get the num. I call on mon to do that. Thanks again.

To get your number you should email Cindy at the dept of Ag. She will send you paperwork to complete that she will submit for you to get your number. The card does not add you to the list of registered NPIP holders. It can be all done via email and does not take very long.

Hi, Joining in late! From Danville, NH! We are just starting off with birds but within the last few months have aquired(I have a hard time saying no to free! Oops!) a handful of fancy roos, some silkie chicks, a RIR hen, 11 buff orp chicks, 2 dozen adult coturnix quail, 2+ dozen coturnix chicks, 2 pekin ducks and 2 runner ducks. Getting my borrowed incubator going now to put some quail eggs in!

I need to rehome a beautiful silver Sebright cockerel and a very sweet PR cockerel. I only want one roo and it has been a very difficult decision as they all are great with their girls. I'm in Derry. I looked to do this on the 'rehome' page but couldn't figure out how?

I am sorry I did it so long ago... I guess I forgot how... .any way.. my number doesn't have but 3 numbers... I dont have a 12 .... in front of mine.. don't know when they started that.. but I don't have it

Ok I looked it up: http://www.aphis.usda.gov/animal_health/animal_dis_spec/poultry/states/newhampshire.pdf

It does show that NH is division 12.. but that number was never listed as part of my NPIP number.... The members are also listed with their NPIP number there on that page.
