New Hampshire!

Thanks all. I'm in MI for the week and may pick up some soy-free feed here.

If anyone knows anyone selling at least a couple of speckled sussex pullets please let me know. A mid-May hatching would be ideal so they'd be the same age as my existing pullets.

I have 11 roughly 2 week old chicks available. They are standard bred Barred Plymouth Rocks. These are not hatchery chicks nor do they have any hatchery blood in them. Ideally I would like them to all go together in one lot.

If there is any interest in them please PM me.

I am located in Derry NH.

do you ever sell silkie eggs?

I'm new around here, living in Belmont. Anyone in the Lakes Region know someone with pullets for sale? I have four lovely girls and would really like to add a couple more to our little flock :)
we are in wolfeboro & we have 3 brown leghorn pullets who should be laying in the next couple weeks

i saw my adult rooster mating one yesterday

most of the time mating occurs 2 to 3 weeks before laying starts

Update: we were able to find barred rock pullets in Gilmanton and picked up 4 yesterday - that's about as big a flock as we can manage, I think. These girls are about 13 weeks old, so I'm thinking it will be a few weeks before they start laying, right?

They are so soft and beautiful - we're already in love!!

That's so interesting - I have so much to learn about these wonderful animals!
