Howdy. I'm up the road a bit in Pike, NH Started with 3 silkies & 2 bantam cochins 4 yrs ago. now have a flock of 35 it's a variety of hens & 4 Roos

Just wondering if anyone has a few chicks about 4 to 6 wks old. I have a hen with 1 chick left & really need to add more to the baby coop for winter. Hoping to place the chicks with Sadie & the babe

Attacked in Sanbornton my pigs got jumped last night by something. Luckily they r alive and didn't loose too much blood. My ducks, chicks and chickens are all fine. Inspite of coop being open. Electric fence took an impact in all three strands that left it loosened. On gaurd with bow tonight. May be buying gun tomorrow. Let me know if anyone has thoughts on predators. We have them all here but no tracks seen other than pigs.

DISREGARD THIS POST... JUST LEARNED THEY LIKELY DID IT TO EACH OTHER.... ROOKIE MISTAKE... WHO KNEW.. I'M A CITY KID... ANYWAYS IF IT IN THE AREA AND KNOW A PIG BUTCHER LEMME KNOW.... AREA GUY IS BOOKED TILL 2012.
