I'm totally infatuated with these birds. We just found our first egg last week. The birds got absolutely huge since September. They have excellent disposition. Getting 100 more in April and I'm thinking these birds may actually just what I've been looking for. How could it be more simple? True breeders that grow incredibly fast. Who would have thunk? I highly recommend these birds for anyone looking to get away from cornish rock broilers. If you are into self sufficiency it dont get any better!

Tres loudly, Thanks for the update. I’m pleased with mine also but they are only 8 weeks old now. I have 20 that I’m weeding through. Thanks again.

Appreciate the info on this thread. I just ordered 12 NHs and 12 Dels from Freedom Ranger. Would like to breed red sex links, selling females and keeping the males for meat. Will also breed more pure NHs to select better roosters for the cross. They are shipping in june! Following this thread. Thank you for all the info.
