New, having challenge with chicken math.

I am only allowed six. I picked up four day old golden comets. Three weeks later I picked out two Easter eggers. Then I was given two beautiful laying silkies). But can only have six so took them to my friend that has a super fun farm. Then I was given two barred rock and one white rock laying hens on Wednesday. So that is nine. But wait, the pullets are not laying yet, so that equals three? All three have laid pretty presents for us each day. My next door neighbor is very difficult, so I need to keep six. Hubby wants me to keep the egg laying hens and give up River, Stormy and Gracie. The GC should start laying next month, but the EE should be late fall. Tomorrow I am picking up seven two year old GC. So, ten beautiful ladies are going to the retirement farm. Then again, maybe hubby needs to go to the farm and the babies can have his man cave?
