New hens, No eggs, What's up?

What are you feeding? Hens really need a layer feed-crumbles or pellets and they need oyster shell too.
Scratch is a nice treat-not the best food for laying.

This Saturday will make 2 weeks and no eggs.

I am feeding layer pellets (16% I think), 3 way scratch mixed with oyster shell, and treats. I heard a rumor to feed them corn meal mixed with hot peppers will get them to laying.

I think the buff is molting but the rest look normal. They are all active and seem to eat well. How much (pellets) should I be feeding them a day? I have 6 hens.
