new here, new to our property, and getting new chickens, all since the new year!

Thought I'd share some pictures of our property. We bought our land the second day of this year. Since we've been trying to get half cleared for our horse pasture and new home site.

And of course chickens. Lol.

We intend to leave the other half wooded for now. Except the dead or dangerous trees.

We'll I throw some pictures out there. Please feel free to ask any questions or comments.

Most of the trees in the first picture, to the right of the road are going to be removed for pasture.

The left side of the road will stay wooded for horse riding trails and hunting. And cause it's just pretty.

The property is bordered on the east and north ends by dnr wetlands. To the west it's hundreds of acres of raw land. Not gonna have many neighbors.

Wife and daughter said it felt like home the first time we looked at it. Now we just all gotta agree where to put the home, lol!
