Hey these are my chicks, much advice for what's next? They are 4 weeks old and need help knowing what's next

When they are around 6 weeks old they will have all their feathers and you can move them to the coop.
 
Hi and welcome to BYC - thanks for joining us. It's good to both wean the chicks off any heat source that you are using, and put them outdoors for increasing durations of time, during the day so that they become accustomed to the cooler temps. This makes the move to the coop less of a shock to their system.
