(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
~ I am a new chicken momma. As of the 1st of August we now have 6 Silkie chickens

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
~ 6 Silkies

(3) What breeds do you have?
~ Silkies

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
~ On a search online as I have one that I think has Coccidiosis and I purchased treatment at the local Tractor Supply and I was needing to find dosing instructions for the Corid that I purchased.

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
~ Collecting funerary items, reading, blogging, 4 daughters :-D

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
~ We are a family of 6. We have 4 daughters. I am a mortician and my husband is a K9 officer. We have a Belgian Malinois K9 officer, my oldest daughter has a Leopard Gecko, and we have the 6 Silkies that I love completely! I am thoroughly enjoying being a chicken momma. They are a very sweet breed as that was what we were looking for.

I use 9.5cc of LIQUID Corid per gallon of water for my chickens..
