Thanks for all the feedback. I donot have much room left in my garden. I will have to fit the coop in. I donot want them to run wild in my yard. I want somthing small but not too small. I live in Fresno,California.Im not sure of what kind of hens I want. I have had hens years ago I had a big pen for them. I donot have that pen any more are the space were it was located.

I would suggest that you measure the area you want designated for the coop. Then measure how big you want the laying/roost area. Then the run and location of water/feed dish will be placed.
