Hello everyone, I'm new here. Well I've been on for a little while, reading and looking up questions I've had. Nice site and alot of expert advise for newbies like me.
I have had a few Rhode Island Reds for eggs then recently picked up a nice incubator and put 24 frizzle standard cochin eggs and 12 eggs from my reds x my frizzle mix rooster. To my suprise, my first time, we had 15 frizzles and 4 red chicks hatched. Today they are 3 to 5 days old. Very awesome watching them hatch.
I would like to try a few peafowl eggs next.
