I've considered getting chickens for years but have just gotten brave enough now. I've read every book the library has, read internet and talked with as many chicken friends as possible. I picked up my eight baby girls yesterday! They are happily in their home-made brooder in a shed. I check on them at least every hour so I'm sure they are wondering who the crazy woman is... I'm looking forward to learning much more from all of you here. Thank you>
