Hey yawl, just a little on myself here. I live in LA (Lower Alabama) and work at one of the biggest shipyards here on the weekend. Just started my coop last fall and I've finally put some birds in it 2 weeks ago. I'm new at raising chicken's so any help would be great. I'm working on learning how to raise chicken's to help anyone in my community who needs egg's. I've go 5 Red's and a rooster so far. My pen is 10x10 with a wooden laying box on the outside end, 8 total. Good to be here.

I'm not sure I rescued a few birds from a guy, I say rescue cause of there health but actually bought them at a good deal. I'm not sure the breed of him or one of my hens. Here's a pic of one I'm trying to find out on! And ty yes he's gorgeous!

it looks like a Colombian Wyandotte. Not positive though.
