New-ish to chickens

Hello! My name is Katherine and my family has been keeping chickens for years. I, however, always kept my distance and wasn't that interested when I was younger. Now I’m older (23) and am interested in making the flock my own. We keep red star chickens, Easter eggers, And Ameraucauna. I enjoy the friendliness of chickens and the availability of fresh eggs. I also have horses, a rabbit, an aquarium, cats and dogs. Thanks for reading and I look forward to contributing to the community on here!
