Can you own an incubator even tough its illegal

Owning an incubator isn't illegal. Just don't hatch illegal things in it!

Most of my chickens seem to have pretty clean hind-ends. The only one that gets poop on his feathers is my fluffy Cochin roo. He has so many feathers that it is unavoidable! Sometimes I wipe him off but mostly I just monitor him to make sure his poop is not too runny.

Yes it is. I found a shed mover on CL also.
