Hi guys. I need a home for an adorable Faverolles bantam roo, born April 8. He's white, but came from salmon parents, so you could start a white line with him. He's at someone else's house right now, but I hatched him. He's super cute, but I've since acquired tow bantam cornish roos, plus I have his dad, so I can't take another roo right now.

Do we have enough room for a chicken stock ( we could do a Sunday or Saturday afternoon in the yard) I thought maybe in the fall once it cools down a bit?

That would be a little tight, Sarah, unless you could keep the cars out in the street. Otherwise, the parking lot would be a great spot. What's it like in town on a Sunday? (Ooh, and maybe I could get my big batch of mealworms!)

We can do street parking on Sunday, plus there are a few lots right next to us that we could prob. use. Most business are closed here on Sunday so we wouldn't have to compete with too much.

Hhhhmmmm..........thinking, thinking......Fall could be good.......hhhhhmmm.......

I would LOVE to attend a chickenstock for the first time! If this goes through, please let me know if I could do anything to help!!!! Sundays are great for me....

So for instance - If I attend, I could bring my future Araucana pullets/cockerels (hopefully my next hatch goes well) to swap or sell?? I'm so chicken obsessed now! I'd love to meet other like-minded individuals.

Mame....I believe I know someone who lives near you who knows you through a neighbor?? Small world! Either that, or there's another "chicken lady" in your town!

I am thinking that it is still pretty nice in September. Just let me know what I might need to think of. I think it would be a good time. Will there be chickens to swap or sell? I really don't know what this involves but I have the space and am willing to help. Plus we're kinda in the middle so lots of peeps could get to us.
