New Layer Questions, one layer or two?

My two oldest pullets are from a batch of barnyard mix eggs I got off of Amazon. The larger speckled egg is from PotView attachment 4176691View attachment 4176692
The clean lighter shelled egg is from Sweety

I just watched her lay and get bred today . . . she is my soul chicken :love . .a feisty little redhead that loves cuddles, but doesn't take crap from any of the other chickens . . . Even the RIRs, that easily outsize her, don't get in her way.
I love their colors! And the colors of the eggs are pretty too! Like a khaki almost. I love all the varying colors hens can lay :)

The next pullets I expect to start laying are Rhode Island Red and a single Buff Orpington, they're only three months old though.

I have a whole mess of chicks in the brooder too. Tractor Supplies $1 chicks were too good to pass up.

I got 8 Black Sex Links, 4 Blue Laced Wyandottes, 2 Americana (EE, I know), 1 Blue Jersey Giant, 4 Buff Orpingtons, and 7 Assorted Straight Run Bantams

I also got what I thought were 3 Cinnamon Queens, but 2 of those are starting to look some type of game bantam, or possibly Brown Leghorns.

That’s how I ended up with 4 Brown Leghorns! Darn TSC and their sales! I have Black Sexlinks on my list for next time! I think they’re so pretty. I have red sexlinks right now and they lay like crazy!! 6-7 eggs a week each. Im putting Wyandottes on my list too. Their feather pattern is the best. My next layers will be Sapphire Olive Eggers and Cream Legbars. They’re 14 weeks so I’m hoping in the next month and a half!

I figure at $1 each I can't go wrong. I have 3 cockerels and 10 pullets in the yard and I needed some more pullets.

The only chicks that were straight run were the bantams and they'll be kept separate from the standard sized chickens.

The rest were pulled from a bins labeled either "Pullets" or "Premium Pullets", but I know that isn't fool proof. If the 2 Americanas (EEs) end up being males my two barnyard mix cockerels may get replaced. The other males, if any, will probably be sold.

Oh yeah, you can't beat $1!
EE roos are so unique looking. I love them! I wish I could have a rooster. The brown leghorns I bought were labeled sexed but I'm finding that they aren't really a sexable breed and even if they were vent sexed, mistakes happen so if any end up being males, they'll have to be sold too :(

These were collected over the last 5-6 days. I've only seen two of my pullets lay, the rest are roughly 3 months old. The 3 month old pullets are 7 RIR and a Buff Orpington.

I think the lightest egg might be sunbleached. I found it on our AC stand with the pink egg to the right, (I have no idea how long it was there). Is it normal for the color to vary that much between two pullets or do I have an early layer in the 3 month olds? None of the 3 month olds are sporting bright combs or wattles yet, so I'm confused.

I feel like you have at least 3 layers by the looks of those eggs!
