If the blue and red bird is Lizzy I would be concerned that you have another cockerel. That red comb and patchy colouring are indicative that it's male at 11 weeks. Different breeds have different comb development even two breeds that both have a single comb. Does the red and blue bird have red patches on the wings?... the photo doesn't show that much of it....

Ugh! I think it must be a Linus. EE male crossed with RIR hen. I hadn’t even notice the rump feather pattern either... I guess I wasn’t paying attention since my other males Crowed early.

She could be but we would need to see all the other options to have a better idea. How many pullets and/or hens do you have?

I have 2 EE layers, and in my (limited) experience, their combs tend to be underwhelming. So your EE could definitely be laying.
