We have some pullets that were marked wrong, so I don't know what they are. They were marked Columbian Rock Cross, but were mislabeled. I suspect they are either Isa Browns or maybe some kind of red sex link. They are super friendly, very healthy, almost 6 months old. They started laying over the last 2 weeks, but are all laying very small eggs. All of them are a third of the size of a regular sized egg. They are normal, healthy eggs, even had a double yolk! The girls are not bantams, they are full sized hens. We haven't had any hens do this before on a regular basis, is this common? I am just hoping they will lay larger ones with time! **my profile pic is them at about a week.
