I've had a few terrible hatches where only one hatched and I put a mirror in with it and brooded it alone. By the time it was old enough to join everybody, it did fine. Funny, though, one of them always pecks at me, but I just chalk it up to the fact that they just have no fear of me since we spent a lot of time together. :confused:

Well Santa is pretty dang cute! Give her some lovin' for me and tell her I say, "Hi!" Welcome to BackYard Chickens!
