Hi everyone!
I'm a new member to this amazing community, and I'd thought I might share some things about my chickens.
Facts:
1. I have two chickens... So far! (Soon going to get some chicks)
2. My chickens names are Nugget and Munch... I am planning to name my next ones Kentucky and Red. Don't worry, they won't become Kentucky or nuggets! Haha!
3. My chickens are pullets.
4. I got them in October last year.
5. They are very friendly.
6. Nugget is red and Munch is black.
Fun Fact/Story:
Last week, I came home and Munch (Black chicken) had somehow gotten out of her run!
I thought I had lost her forever, with some hope that she would come back at night.
Until...
A neighbour, from across the road, had knocked on the door with Munch in a portable cage! I was so shocked, but so, so so happy. We have learnt from our mistakes and have now clipped their wings! So this story answers the question; Why did the chicken cross the road?! To get to the other side! Literally... Haha!
