New member, chickens and Guineas

New to the Guinea breed, im learning alot, ive found that if my girls see me taking they move,,,lol,,, so my question is how long do i have to wait to take eggs, or how many should i leave if i can get them without being caught

You can get fake eggs to leave in their nest. Or do they move whether you take one or all?

Yes, guineas hens do not like their nests being disturbed. Only approach the nest when the guineas cannot see you. Never empty the nest. I have found that if I leave at least 3 fake eggs in their nest, they are far more likely to continue using the nest than if I only leave one fake egg.
